What does the term Neuro-Linguistic Programming actually mean? Neuro refers to how the body and
mind interrelate. Linguistic refers to the insights
gained into a person’s thinking discovered by listening carefully to
their language; Programming refers to the
study of the thinking and behavioural patterns (‘programmes’)
which people use in their everyday lives. NLP is an attitude of curiosity, a desire to learn how to discover and
harness the true potential of your mind with tools and techniques for
excellence in business, management, sales, sport, the Arts, relationships and
